We ship our products within the continental United States! Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

By visiting our site, and placing an order, you agree to follow and abide by our Terms & Conditions, and follow all local, state, and Federal laws.

PROCESSING POLICY

Our processing time is 1-5 business days. We operate Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm Mountain Time. (Holidays excluded) Please take this into consideration when purchasing.


SHIPPING POLICY
We only offer free shipping on packages over $100. No Military addresses (AFP’s) are allowed and no active service members can purchase from us.  

Please note that in order to comply with Federal & State Regulations, THCA products are not available for shipment to the following states: Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont


*Please insure your package with our PACKAGE PROTECTION POWERED BY ROUTE, if you don’t choose this option please be aware we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, seized, or stolen packages.*

 
CARRIERS
We use USPS for shipping. Their shipping times do not include our processing time.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING/HANDLING RATES

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping/handling will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING 

We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before mailing and take proper precautions to secure the product carefully; however, we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage.  Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of arrival to Route. Please contact Route, and us, and provide information of the damage so we can view your coverage options and rectify the situation. Valhalla Hemp Co always heat seals raw hemp materials. If it appears that your product is no longer heat sealed, and has been opened, Valhalla Hemp Co is no longer responsible for the contents inside of the packaging. Notify us as soon as possible if it appears the packaging has been tampered with by emailing Orders@valhallahemp.co with the words “Damaged Shipment” in the subject line.

RETURN POLICY

Valhalla Hemp Co upholds the highest standard of quality for all of our products. Every effort is made to ensure your order is manufactured and shipped in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of receiving said items.

If the shipping label has not been printed, you’re eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Once the label is printed, we cannot process refunds or provide store credit. In-transit products and perishable items are non-returnable. If your order is damaged or incorrect, email a photo of the product and packing slip to Orders@valhallahemp.co to receive store credit. However, we do not offer credit for personal preferences like taste, dryness, etc. Ensure any refund or store credit requests are made within 10 days of delivery, as we will not process requests beyond this timeframe. Please review this policy before making any purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to change an order once it has been placed. If you need your order changed we will have to cancel your entire order and process a refund. This only applies to orders where the shipping label has not yet been created. To cancel an order, please contact orders@valhallahemp.co.

We will review your concerns with the purchased item/s however, we make no guarantee of full refund as all sales are final. All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of Colorado, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of the conflicts of law.  The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of Colorado if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise at any given time. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or return policy shall be handled in the state and or federal courts in Colorado.
