RETURN POLICY

Valhalla Hemp Co upholds the highest standard of quality for all of our products. Every effort is made to ensure your order is manufactured and shipped in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of receiving said items.

If the shipping label has not been printed, you’re eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Once the label is printed, we cannot process refunds or provide store credit. In-transit products and perishable items are non-returnable. If your order is damaged or incorrect, email a photo of the product and packing slip to Orders@valhallahemp.co to receive store credit. However, we do not offer credit for personal preferences like taste, dryness, etc. Ensure any refund or store credit requests are made within 10 days of delivery, as we will not process requests beyond this timeframe. CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to change an order once it has been placed. If you need your order changed we will have to cancel your entire order and process a refund. This only applies to orders where the shipping label has not yet been created. To cancel an order, please contact orders@valhallahemp.co.

All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of Colorado, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of the conflicts of law.  The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of Colorado if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise at any given time. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or return policy shall be handled in the state and or federal courts in Colorado.
